The PSFC is an affordable family fitness facility serving the residents and visitors to the Port Stanley, Ontario area. Memberships can be tailored to fit the needs of our individual clientele. Visitors to the area should call to arrange a short term membership for the duration of their visit. Members have 24 access 365 days a year to our facility. We offer a full compliment of aerobic and weight training machines that gives a complete full body workout. A fully functional free weight training room is also part of the gym. A qualified personal trainer is available to assist you in meeting your fitness goals. Classes in pilates are also available. We are located in the Wharf building overlooking the harbor and the King George lift bridge in close proximity to local accommodations, dining, shopping and Port Stanley's other attractions. Free on-site parking, locker use with shower and change room facilities are part of your membership. Schedule your workouts to fit your lifestyle while overlooking the tranquil setting of the Port Stanley harbor.
